Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and hiringbunch.com ("hiringbunch.com", "we", "us") for use of the hiringbunch.com website and mobile apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per job seeker account. Employer accounts may be used only by people authorised to hire for that company.

2. For job seekers

  • The Service is free for job seekers. Never pay anyone who asks for money in our name for a job, interview or offer letter, and report it to vimalsharmatruth@gmail.com.
  • Your profile and resume must be truthful and must be your own.
  • When you apply, the employer receives your profile, resume and contact details. If you keep resume database visibility on, employers who buy access may contact you about jobs.
  • We do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment, and we are not a party to any employment contract.

3. For employers

  • Post only real, current vacancies that you are authorised to fill, with accurate details. Do not post jobs that are illegal, misleading, discriminatory, pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes, or that ask candidates to pay fees or deposits.
  • Use candidate information only to recruit for your own vacancies. Do not sell, share or misuse it, and comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.
  • We may review, edit for format, refuse or remove any job, and suspend accounts that break these Terms. A job credit used on a job we reject before it goes live is returned to your account.

4. Paid services, credits and refunds

  • Prices are shown on the Pricing page and are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
  • Purchases add credits (job posts, featured boosts, resume unlocks) to your account. Credits must be used within the validity period shown and expire after it. A job stays live for the number of days included in the plan.
  • Free plans are limited as described on the Pricing page and may be changed or withdrawn.
  • Refunds: if you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment by writing to vimalsharmatruth@gmail.com. Used or expired credits are not refundable, except where required by law or where the Service failed to deliver what you paid for.

5. Acceptable use

Do not: copy or scrape the Service or its data; send spam; upload malware; impersonate anyone; access other users' accounts; interfere with security features; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Partner jobs and third-party sites

Some jobs are supplied by partners and marked as such. "Apply on company site" opens another website. We do not control those sites or their jobs, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. For some partner and company jobs you apply on hiringbunch.com, and we send your application to the employer by email or into the employer's own hiring system; what happens after that is up to the employer.

7. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you upload, and give us a licence to host, display and send it as needed to run the Service (for example, sending your resume to an employer you apply to). The hiringbunch.com name, logo, design and software belong to us.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep jobs genuine and the Service available, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or profiles, or uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to an employer for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard or the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
